FAQs

Yes, we have the capability to manufacture various types of parts, including but not limited to: various gears, precision ceramic components, various worm gears and worm shafts, ball screws, and oversized parts.

1. Gears: We can custom design and manufacture various precision gears, including spur gears, helical gears, and worm gears. Utilizing advanced machining techniques and inspection equipment to ensure high precision and zero defects.

2. Ceramic components: We can design and manufacture various ceramic components for you, using high-quality ceramic materials and advanced shaping and sintering processes to ensure excellent insulation, hardness, and high-temperature resistance.

3. Oversized parts: We have a range of large-scale machining equipment capable of manufacturing various parts and mechanical components with large volumes and high individual weights.

4. Special components: These include components with special properties such as high strength, high conductivity, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance. We can provide custom design and production based on your specific requirements.

If you provide a sample, we can perform 3D scanning and reverse engineering to create 3D models and drawings, and then proceed with mass production.

If you have a product idea, you can communicate with our design team to discuss and validate the concept. We can then proceed with production and manufacturing. Please note that additional design fees will apply, and we will require your ongoing cooperation.

Including but not limited to: 3-5 axis CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, stamping, die-casting, cold heading, metal injection molding, etc.

We have strong technical expertise and extensive manufacturing experience to customize various parts according to your personalized and specialized requirements. Whether it’s standard components or high-end components with special functionalities, we can assist you with design, production, and machining. We sincerely hope to establish a long-term and stable cooperation with you.

Yes, we do. The first inspection is usually done if your order is greater than 50. During the first article inspection, we thoroughly inspect the first part produced to ensure that it meets your dimensional and functional requirements. We’ll also provide you with a dimensional inspection report, so you have a clear understanding of the part’s exact measurements and specifications.

In addition to the first article inspection, we’ll also send you a sample part for you to test its function and fit. This way, you can verify that the part is performing as expected and approve it for full production.

Once you’ve approved the first article and the sample part, we’ll move into full production. Throughout the production process, we’ll maintain a high level of quality control and communication to ensure that your parts are manufactured to your exact specifications.

If you have any questions or concerns about our first article inspection process or any other aspect of our manufacturing services, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re always here to help you get the parts you need, when you need them, and at the quality you deserve.

Yes, we can provide a quality inspection report. However, you need to indicate this before placing an order. The inspection report contains measurement instruments, standards, actual dimensions, etc and we can ship the paper documents or email the report to you after delivery.

You can also request more detailed reports (listed below) by specifying your requirement in the Remarks box when uploading a part or sending us an email if you have placed an order. The full dimensional inspection report assesses all critical dimensions including both actual and allowable tolerances and is verified using a precision measuring instrument or Coordinate Measuring Machine.

The report includes:

  • Visual inspection
  • Dimensional inspection
  • Performance inspection
  • First article inspection
  • Material certificate

If you experience an issue with your parts, please let us know as soon as possible. To initiate a refund or remake, you’ll need to provide photos or a video that clearly shows the issue with your parts. Our quality department review team will then carefully review your complaint to determine if it is our cause.

If we find that the issue is our cause, we’ll work with you to find the best solution to resolve the problem. Depending on the situation, we may offer a remake of the parts to your exact specifications, provide a refund, or offer a discount on your next order.

Some occasions that may warrant a remake include unacceptable processing defects, failure to meet tolerance requirements, or incorrect material or finish. If the part is not machinable or the customer does not agree to a rework, a refund may be offered.

Occasions for rework:

Unacceptable processing defects

Fail to meet tolerance requirement

Incorrect material/finish

Occasions for a refund:

The part is not machinable

The customer does not agree to rework

We accept three payment terms: Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Credit Card.

we require you to make all payments in advance. This is due to company policy. However, once you establish a stable relationship with us, you can make payments using other methods including Monthly Pay which can be 50%-50% or NET 30. We are always working to have convenient payment options that work for both of us.

Yes, we do. We  can accommodate monthly payments for all clients based on certain requirements. The NET 30 monthly payment plan allows our customers to make payments 30 days after order dispatch or a monthly standing order. This can be due to quality assurance, your need to see your product before payment, or a regular repeat order.

We offer the monthly payment plan only in certain situations and you must apply in advance to your sales engineer. After applying, we will carry out background research on your company and check the acceptability of the terms. If acceptable, we will send you a payment order.

Note that the monthly payment plan is not available for new clients. As a result, clients need to make all payments in advance.

We accept the following currencies: US dollars, euros, British pounds, Hong Kong dollars, Australian dollars, Japanese yen, Canadian dollars, Chinese yuan, Swiss francs, Danish krone, Norwegian krone, New Zealand dollars, Swedish krona, Singapore dollars, and Russian rubles. Generally, we apply the DAP term for most quotes but can be adjusted to EXW/FOB/DDU/DDP as per the client’s requirement. Here is a short explanation of each shipment plan:

  • DAP (Delivered at Place): We are responsible for the good delivery to an agreed-upon place and we bear the risk and cost incurred. However, you are responsible for unloading the goods and other subsequent risks and costs.
  • EXW (Ex Works): We are responsible for making the manufactured part at our premises. You are responsible for the cost and risk associated with shipping from our premises to yours.
  • FOB (Free on Board): We are responsible for delivering and loading the manufactured part to a named port of shipment. You are responsible for the risk transportation, insurance, and customs clearance from the port of shipment onwards.
  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid):  We will deliver the manufactured good to an agreed-upon location without being responsible for import duties and taxes. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the cost from the destination port to the destination.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We will deliver the goods to the named destination responsible for the transportation, insurance, customs clearance, and payment of import duties and taxes.

We take the protection of your intellectual property seriously, ensuring the confidentiality of your designs and concepts is our top priority. We provide a template for a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to be signed, or we can modify it after mutual negotiation.
